Through emotional intelligence, faith, and self-awareness, I help women navigate life’s transitions, strengthen their discernment, and confidently step into their next chapter.Ā

Hi, I’m Becky.

Ā

For nearly 30 years, I have intentionally studied emotional intelligence and the ways our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and relationships shape the way we experience life.

Ā

Long before I became a coach, I was fascinated by human behavior. I wanted to understand why some people move through difficult seasons with resilience while others remain stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Over time, that curiosity became a lifelong passion and eventually a calling.

Ā

Today, I help women navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, confidence, discernment, and self-trust.

Ā

I have been a professional coach since 2014 and have spent the last four years working within Traverse City Area Public Schools, supporting children through various stages of growth and development. I am also completing a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Science with a specialization in trauma, which further strengthens my understanding of how past experiences influence the way we move through life.

Ā

At the center of my work is a simple belief: emotional intelligence changes everything. It influences how we parent, communicate, lead, build relationships, and respond to life’s challenges.

Ā

My faith also plays an important role in how I approach this work. The deeper I’ve studied emotional intelligence, the more I’ve recognized many of these principles reflected in the life and teachings of Jesus. Emotional intelligence helps us understand ourselves, while faith reminds us who we are and whose we are.

Ā

My approach is not about giving quick answers or creating dependency. Instead, I help women strengthen their own discernment, reconnect with themselves, and build trust in their own ability to move forward.

Ā

Because I don’t believe transformation comes from becoming someone entirely new.

Ā

I believe it comes from returning to who God created you to be.

Ā

My hope is that every woman who works with me leaves feeling seen, grounded, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, deeper self-trust, and renewed confidence for the road ahead.Ā
